Charter Email Manager

Email Management is a rules engine that allows Charter Continuum to filter emails.

It does not just act as a junk email filter, but will read and review emails and assign them to the department and/or user that it thinks needs to deal with it.  The system can even generate suggested responses that can be forwarded to a user for sanity checking before the response is sent out.
