Charter Messenger seamlessly integrates with your existing IT infrastructure to provide an instant communication tool.

Automatic alerts can be set up to include; when a case has been reassigned to another user, threshold alerts for when actions are due or overdue, system alerts when you want to notify uses of system down time of failures etc., and combined with the message receipt notification feature you will instantly know as to whether a message has been read or not.

Because Charter Messenger runs independently of Charter Continuum, users do not even have to be logged in to the system.  Similar to MSN, Charter Messenger can be presented as a pop up window or run discreetly in the background of each user’s PC.  Alternatively, Charter Messenger can alert staff using your organisation’s existing email system or via SMS text messages.

When used in conjunction with Charter Service Chain, Charter Messenger becomes an even more powerful and efficient communication tool as staff can be hyperlinked directly to the relevant piece of work in a single click.
