Charter Scanner is a fully featured document scanning system, capable of processing production level batches for e-document management within your Charter Continuum solution.
Incoming letters, forms and other documents may be scanned directly into Charter Continuum, reviewed and attached to a case. A batch of scanned documents will be loaded to the appropriate document inbox which also supports filing of reference documents such as data sheets, location maps, and company information which may be printed, faxed or emailed directly via a Charter Continuum user.
Charter Scanner supports a wide range of document scanners, offering support for differing levels of volumes as required.
