BusinessObjects® offers report scheduling, ad hoc query capabilities and distribution via a Web browser. It also provides the ability to combine data gathered by the customer service department (who deal with customer feedback and complaint handling) with key information from other departments - sales and marketing for example.
Charter Reporter utilises the leading corporate MIS software package BusinessObjects® to provide management information from Charter Manager. A Charter Continuum™ 'Universe' is created, and fine-tuned for each customer, making every field in Charter Continuum™ (including fields defined specifically for your configuration) available for reporting. Charter Reporter is used for building and running standard reports, ad hoc queries, drill-down and data export.
