Training
We will develop a training program that best meets the needs of your organisation and ultimately, the end users. Typically, our customers employ a 'train the trainer' technique. We do offer a wide array of training programs to ensure that each end user is prepared for the 'Go-Live' day. Training courses may be delivered on-site, in-house or at an external venue.

Train-the-Trainer
- Normally a 4 or 5 day in-depth course. Empowering your in-house training team to develop customised training material to be re-delivered freely to larger or widespread teams of users.
User Training
- Normally up to 1 day per group. Delivering standard user training to small teams of end-users.
System Administrator Training
- 1 to 2 days of in-depth training for small groups using Charter Designer.
Reporter Training
- 1 to 2 days of Business Objects fundamentals, Reports Design and hands-on experience.
IT Support Training
- 1 day in-depth technical training on infrastructure, troubleshooting, installation and support delivery.
