Charter UK has launched a new white paper in response to changes made by the FSA on complaint handling rules and the requirement for all financial firms to appoint a 'nominated head of complaints' by September 1st 2011.

The white paper sets out the enterprise challenges of adopting the one stage complaint handling process and meeting new complaint handling rules.
